What can I expect from my driver ? 

Your driver will be friendly and flexible. At the start of your trip, you can share with your driver whether you want to stick to your own itinerary or would you like some suggestions and recommendations. 

Is my driver also my guide ? 

Your driver will guide, support and assist you during your trip and tour. Our team of drivers are knowledgeable, experienced and are passionate to share what they know about the island. 

However, our drivers are not certified guides.  If this is what you are looking for, we can arrange that. Either a certified guide can join you on your entire trip, or we can arrange a certified guide at certain places where you would like some more detailed information and history. 

During what hours is my driver available? 

Your driver can pick you up at any time of day (or night) and remains at your disposal through the day and tour. He will not only bring you from one place to another but also be flexible to make stops along the way, take you to restaurants or shops. Naturally, and for your own safety, your driver also need to rest (approximately 10 consecutive hours). Each day you can discuss with your driver your plans and when you would like to be picked up the next day etc. 

Who else can I contact during my trip? 

Ishan and I are available at all time. Should there be any emergency and you need to reach us, one of us (or both) will be able to help. You can reach us on +94 71 098 1387 or +94 77 948 4886. 

How can I book? 

It's quite simple. You can just write us via WhatsApp (+94 71 098 1387) or via email ( Based on the nr of pax/type of car , the travel dates and the itinerary, we will send you our price proposal. When you are ready to confirm, you can just let us know and share with us your flight details including your flight numbers, or alternatively your pick up and drop off location. We would also need your full name and phone number. With these informations you will share with us, we will send you our confirmation document confirming all the details. 

How should payment by made ? 

We don't require any deposit for our tour packages. You can pay 50% on the first day and the remaining before the last day. If we are making accommodation bookings on your behalf, we appreciate for this payment to be made prior to your arrival.  Payment is preferably made in cash , we accept all major currencies.  If cash payment is not possible, then it's bank transfer is also fine. We (currently) do not accept credit card payments. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We are flexible and understanding that plans might change sometimes. As we do not require any deposit or pre-payment, we will fuss-free cancel your booking for you. 

How will I meet my driver ? 

One or two days before your arrival, we will send you your driver's details. His name and WhatsApp phone number. Upon request, driver's license and license plate can also be provided. 

If you are arriving at the airport, your driver will track your flight's arrival and will promptly await for you at the arrivals hall of the airport. He will be holding a sign with your name. There is free Wi-Fi at the airport, so you will also be able to contact him via WhatsApp. 

If you're pick up is not at the airport, then your driver will meet you at the agreed location and time (or before). He will contact you when he has arrived. 

Can you provide any car seats for my child/children? 

Yes, we can, and we offer these complimentary - free of charge. We have infant seats and children's seats (approximately up to the age of 4). Unfortunately we don't have "booster seats"

We can also provide an umbrella pram/stroller should one be needed. 

What's included in my tour price and how is it calculated ? 

We make a total tour price (not. by day) based on the type of car, the tour dates and duration, and the itinerary. The tour price includes all transport and driver related costs (Government taxes, expressway charges, parking fees, tour fuel charges, traveler insurance, driver's meals and accommodation). Unless specified, your tour price does not include your own accomodation cost, or any site or activities' costs. 

Are tips included? 

No, tips are not included in the tour price. Tips are optional but of course welcomed by the drivers as Sri Lanka is still coming out of a few difficult years for tourism. Based on what we see from most guests; they give tips based on their satisfaction, usually between 10-20%. 

Do I need to arrange my driver's accomodation?

No. Your driver will arrange his own accomodation, either at the staff' quarters of your hotel or elsewhere. 

Do I need a visa to come to Sri Lanka ? 

Yes, the majority of travellers will need a tourist visa to enter Sri Lanka.
